    Education

    Competency-based education and training for teachers, school leaders and young people.

    From our Competency-Based Education courses to the 2026–27 graduate-level pilot for educational leaders, built with the Ministry of Education.

    Leadership, human agency and good governance that put people first.

    Good governance is participatory, accountable, transparent and inclusive. Our sessions look at what that means in Belize, and how each of us can help bring it about.

    Practical new skills and new ideas, from cell phone repair to research.

    Our cell phone repair course with ICDF and the Taiwanese Embassy gave women hands-on training in a marketable trade. Next: a media center and stronger research.

    Caring for the natural environment that every Belizean depends on.

    The environment is one of the four pillars of sustainable human development. Our SHD course covers climate change, regional cooperation and Belize's national climate policy.
